The Grenfell Tower fire still dominates much of our life and work, and that of so many in our local community.

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone for their time, prayers, volunteering and donations since the Grenfell Tower fire.

Our response

We continue to offer support to those affected by the fire and the wider community. The church is open for prayer, support and practical assistance between 9am and 7pm,

Monday – Friday.

We host an overnight listening service run by Hestia and the NHS every night 10pm – 8am.

We have formed a community choir for those who have been affected, which meets on Mondays in the Church. More information can be found here.

Faith in Politics Podcast

The joint Public Issues Team has released its latest podcast, Faith in Politics.  One year after the Grenfell Tower fire, Revd Mike Long, Emma Dent Coad MP and Portia Thaxter discuss the tragedy.  Click on link to listen online.

Grenfell Inquiry

The Grenfell Inquiry is livestreamed at the Church, for those who wish to view the proceedings. There is also NHS support on site whenever the sessions are being streamed.

Anniversary

Please see this link for events taking place over the anniversary of the fire on June 14th.

Memorials

We do our best to preserve the memorial outside our church, and are sensitive to local feeling. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the memorial, please speak to reception.
